Needed floors fixing after pulling out old wardrobes. Gavin was very responsive and came out quickly to assess the floors. Gave good advice and talked himself out of replacing an additional floor. Managed to use one floor to save another and bring the cost down. Found the floor didn't need screeding when it was lifted, just a small patch job, so the pricing was reduced again. Competitive pricing. Good advise. Good communication and happy with the quality of the work. Floor fully replaced in one room, patched in 2 others and some expansion issues solved in another with skirtings throughout. Gavin came out to inspect personally after the installation and offered to fix some minor touch up with he wasn't happy with. Overall very happy and can highly recommend.

Although the owner and assistant couldn't supply me with the specific laminated flooring I was looking for, they certainly did all they possibly could and went out of their way in an attempt to help me. They even went as far by giving me a short, but thorough little course explaining to me about the old clip-on system and the new system, all so effortlessly and friendly. Well done guys
