I’m so happy with the service I received from **Top Carpets and Floors Montague Gardens**, especially from **Yolande**, who was absolutely on the ball from the very beginning.
I had contacted a few companies for quotes, but Yolande was by far the most proactive. She responded quickly, arranged a visit without any fuss, and was friendly, helpful and reasonably priced. Sadly, some of the other places I contacted didn’t even respond — which seems to be such a common problem these days.
What really impressed me was the service on the day. Even though I was only having two small areas in my flat — two bedrooms — done, I was treated as though I were a major client. There was so much respect, kindness and patience while I was making my choice. Yolande even came back to check the colour I had chosen, as some time had passed between my original quote and my decision to go ahead.
The installation itself was fantastic. **Both bedrooms were completed in just one day**, and the two installers were extremely professional and took great care to keep everything neat and tidy. It was a really well-done, professional job.
And what a difference it has made! The rooms feel brighter, cleaner and so much fresher without the old carpets. They honestly look and feel like completely different rooms.
If you’re looking for someone to help with your flooring, **you can stop your search here!** I’m genuinely very happy with the result and would definitely recommend Top Carpets and Floors Montague Gardens.
**Thank you to Yolande and the team for a job well done!**

I can't recommend this team enough! I ordered vinyl flooring and blinds for my home, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The quality of both products is outstanding, and the price was very fair for what we got. Doug, the owner, was incredibly professional and made everything easy.
Sharon was a huge help throughout, super attentive and quick to answer my questions. The installation was fast and efficient, and the crew left the house clean and tidy. My floors and blinds look amazing. I'd happily use them again.
