After a horrific experience I mistakenly went to a wrong Top Carperts branch, and explained my situation. They did not know what I was talking about as my insurance claim was not with them. However they listened contacted the correct branch and explain my plight...
Ms Rika, who is client centric and takes pride in being part of Top Carpets Group, understood my plight, having seen that I have not been entertained by the other branch.
She came on site and that was my saving grace. As I was worried about my furniture outside, she was stressing about the quality of screed,......
There was no way that vinyl floors could be laid on such a surface.
Webster's flooring without expecting anything dispatched help in a bitterly cold week and sent me Carpets just to lay on the cement for all the areas .....
