What an amazing experience I've had with Fay and her team from Top Carpets and Floors in Hillcrest. Absolutely brilliant! I don't think I will use someone else, ever again. It all started when I had my son's bedroom cupboards replaced, just to realize, that Monday morning when they took the old ones out, that there were pieces of carpet missing. I needed to get floors in asap and I made 1 phone call to them and they had their rep here within 2 hours to quote. By that Thursday, they were installing. I was amazed with their service and their installation team was super friendly, helpful and did an amazing job. We liked it so much, we ended up doing the rest of the bedrooms the week after, and then fitting blinds throughout the house, 3 weeks later. They are professional, flexible and very well priced. I can highly recommend them to anyone!

Had 3 rooms done recently - carpets removed and vinyl flooring installed. I cannot recommend Top Carpets & Floors Hillcrest enough, would give more than 5 stars if I could. From quoting to installation, they would such a pleasure to deal with and I'm so happy with the end result. Thanks Faye and team!

We were blown away by the excellence and level of service we received from Erin, Faye, Lee and the whole team at Top Carpets & Floors Hillcrest. I am a fan of communication and their team kept us in the loop during the whole process. They didn't just try to 'sell' but ensured we were happy with the laminate flooring we chose and that the installation was up to standard.
I would highly recommend getting in touch with them for any flooring needs.
