Excellent service from Jacques, who went out of his way to accommodate an urgent carpet replacement just before the end of year close of business, even offering to come and do the work after the business had closed ( although in the end it was squeezed in just before he shut down for the Christmas holiday). Also special thanks to the Top Carpet colleague at the Brackenfell branch who graciously helped us choose the carpet we needed without us having to drive through from Durbanville to Swellendam to make a selection. Would definitely recommend both the Brackenfell & Swellendam branches of this franchise for their good prices & willingness to go the extra mile.
